1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TableFlow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on your subscription plan. Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or TableFlow cancels it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any destructive code, viruses, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism on the platform

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TableFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
